Why does my IOS application make me purchase the same issue again?
Apple maintains a list of the issues that are purchased by your Apple ID. If you are not logged into the application with the Apple ID that purchased the issue, then you will have to purchase the issue again. Check to make sure the correct Apple ID is being used on your device.
I can't purchase the latest issue of the magazine. Why?
All issues of the magazine ( as well as the application ) have to be approved by Apple and Google. Although we may make the issue available, until it is approved by Apple and Google, it will not be available in the application. Please be patient and check back.
I purchased an issue on my IOS device and now it says I have to purchase the same issue again on my Android device. How come?
We are able to make sure you only have to purchase an issue once per platform. We are not able to spread the purchase history from one platform to another. You will have to purchase the issue again if you are changing software platforms.
I have had to restore my IOS or Android device and don't want to have to repurchase and download all of the issues again. Is there a solution?
In version 2.3 and higher, there is a restore button under the menu. If you click on this button and enter in the ID used to purchase the issues previously, the application will restore all of the issues purchased.
